Initial Consultation

We do not charge fees for initial consultation. The initial consultation serves three basic purposes:

  • To discuss your business, accounting & tax requirements and whether we can provide the services required.
  • To determine and decide whether the engagement is a good fit for both parties.
  • To provide you with our fee estimates.

Initial consultation can be held at our office, or Online Meeting via video conferencing, or over the telephone or at a location of your choice.


Engagement Letter

After the initial consultation meeting and you are happy to proceed with our service offerings, we will provide you with an engagement letter.

The engagement letter defines the legal relationship between the accountant and the client. It will states the terms and conditions of the engagement, principally it will address the scope of the engagement and the terms of the professional fee structure and estimates.

When you accept the terms by signing and returning to us a copy of the engagement letter. We will then proceed with the engagement by providing you with our professional services stipulated in the engagement letter.
